Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data that Emp2u has collected about you. This includes your name, phone number, job preferences, messages, and any other information you have shared with us through WhatsApp or our website.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an Email
Send an email to admin@emp2u.com
Step 2: Use the Correct Subject Line
Set the email subject to: "Data Deletion Request"
Step 3: Include Your Details
In the body of the email, please include:
- Your full name (as provided to our service)
- Your phone number (the WhatsApp number you used with Emp2u)
- A brief statement requesting deletion of your data (e.g., "Please delete all my personal data from Emp2u")
What Happens After Your Request
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., for legal compliance or dispute resolution). In such cases, we will inform you.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete:
- Your contact information (name, phone number)
- Your job preferences and work experience data
- Message history and conversation logs
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Alternative: Request via WhatsApp
You may also request data deletion by sending a message to our WhatsApp bot saying "Delete my data" or "מחקו את המידע שלי". We will then guide you through the process.
