1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Emp2u service ("Service"), including interacting with our WhatsApp bot or visiting our website at emp2u.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Emp2u is a WhatsApp-based job-matching platform that connects workers (including but not limited to kitchen staff, dishwashers, servers, and cleaning helpers) with restaurants and businesses in Israel. The Service operates through the WhatsApp Cloud API and our website.

Emp2u is a platform that connects parties; we are not the direct employer unless explicitly stated. We facilitate introductions and communication between workers and employers but do not guarantee employment, wages, or working conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself, your experience, and your requirements.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Not impersonate any person or entity.
• Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass other users through the Service.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor and employment laws.

5. Account and Data

Your use of the Service is identified by your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and WhatsApp account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your data resulting from your failure to secure your account.

6. Matching and Employment

• Emp2u provides a matching service only. We do not guarantee that you will find a job or a worker through our platform.
• Any employment relationship, agreement, or arrangement is solely between the worker and the employer. Emp2u is not a party to any employment contract.
• We do not verify the accuracy of all information provided by users, though we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality matches.
• Employers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable labor laws, including wages, working conditions, and employment contracts.

7. Fees

The Service is currently free for workers. Emp2u reserves the right to introduce fees for certain features or user categories in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with the Emp2u Service are the property of Emp2u or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Emp2u provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or reliability of any worker or employer connected through our platform.
• We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from employment relationships facilitated through the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emp2u, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the WhatsApp Cloud API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
